Sandy is the Founder and Principal Consultant for SVA Consulting, LLC.
After more than 20 years in the insurance and risk management industry, she’s seen what works, what doesn’t, and what happens when we keep doing things a certain way simply because “that’s how we’ve always done it.”
Through SVA Consulting, she works with employers, public entities, insurance professionals, and industry organizations to take a fresh look at their programs, solve problems, and find practical ways to improve outcomes.
Her work includes self-insured program consulting, program audits, TPA oversight, reserve and complex claim review, process improvement, training and education.
She’s a big believer that risk management doesn’t have to be overly complicated (or boring!)
